Production Platform Schedule maintenance

This is advance notice that the Roadie Sandbox platform will be undergoing system maintenance on Wednesday, May 7th, 2025 from approximately 1:00am EST to 3:00am EST. We’ll be using this time to upgrade our infrastructure and to ensure our system’s stability.

We do not expect an extended period of downtime during this upgrade, but are providing advance notice to teams so that you can temporarily disable attempts to post new orders to our system during this time as a precautionary measure.
