This is advance notice that the Roadie platform will be undergoing system maintenance on Thursday, September 26th, 2024 from approximately 2:00am EDT to 4:00AM EDT. We’ll be using this time to upgrade our infrastructure and to ensure our system’s stability.
We do not expect an extended period of downtime during this upgrade, but are providing advance notice to teams so that you can temporarily disable attempts to post new orders to our system during this time as a precautionary measure.
If you have any concerns specific to your business or would like help in planning around the downtime, please reach out to your Roadie account manager for assistance.
