This is an advanced notice that the Roadie Production platform will be undergoing system maintenance on 10/29 from approximately 11:00pm ET to 11:30pm ET. As part of our ongoing commitment to maintaining a secure, reliable platform, we will be performing maintenance to apply an important security update.

We do not expect an extended period of downtime during this upgrade, but are providing advance notice to teams so that you can temporarily disable attempts to post new orders to our system during this time as a precautionary measure.

We will continue to monitor the platform throughout the maintenance window and provide updates as needed.
